About US

Sub Sea Tours, Kayaks & Morro Bay Whale Watching is a family-owned business that has been sharing a deep love of the ocean since the turn of the millennium. For more than 20 years, we’ve welcomed visitors, locals, and friends alike to experience the magic of the water here in Morro Bay.

The ocean isn’t just our workplace, it’s our way of life. On any given day, you’ll find us fishing, spearfishing, paddling, or surfing, fully immersed in the coastal lifestyle we love. Morro Bay quickly became the place we knew we wanted to put down roots. With its natural beauty, world-class fishing, great surf, and welcoming community, it truly feels like the nicest town around.

In 2000, with the support of incredible friends, we had the opportunity to work with and eventually purchase Sub Sea Tours. Since then, we’ve continued to grow its purpose and expand our fleet. Today, we proudly operate two whale watching boats, a unique underwater viewing vessel, and a variety of stand up paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks. We are also honored to host and support the Central Coast Dragon Boat Association by housing their canoes and equipment for cancer survivors and supporters.

It often feels like the “nicest day of the year” around here and we’d love to share it with you. Come on down, hang out with us, and let’s create some unforgettable adventures together.
